MUST HAVE OH License! Telehealth assignment available for an APP with 18 months experience in Primary Care including Well child checks for 3+ and Post Partum visit. Provider will treat 1-2 patients per hour via Webex utilizing Elation EMR and Microsoft Teams. Provider will be required to to have OH Medicaid #, CAQH Log in, and be proficient working independently with technology. PC Equipment is provided. Training will 3 days including clinical, operation, and tech training can be completed independently. Minimum of 20 hours with 4 hours of blocked time is mandatory for part time and blocked 8 hours for full time on set days.
