The Akron Mental Health Intensive Case Management Team covers the following catchment areas generally in a 50 mile radius-Akron, Canton, Ravenna, and New Philadelphia. Additionally this position will provide medication education and management to the Community Adjustment Program (CAP) which covers surrounding areas of Cleveland, Warren and Mansfield as the need arises.
