All applicants must have, at minimum, either 3 or more years of related current or recent transplant pharmacist experience or a PGY2 in Solid Organ Transplant Pharmacy (happy to consider current PGY2 residents). Please note - you do NOT have to have heart-specific transplant experience to be considered. A PGY2 in Solid Organ Transplant is preferred but not required to be considered.
