Full Time General Dentist needed in and around Napoleon, Ohio practice

Whittaker Family Dental, part of the NADG team, has an opportunity for a General Dentist in our well-established, prosperous practices, located in Napoleon, OH. We are expanding coverage to meet our patients dental needs.

About the practice:

Whittaker Family Dental is committed to providing the highest quality Dental Care in the industry. We will provide our patients with the highest level of service possible; before, during and after treatment. We will continue to train and educate our staff on the latest products, trends and techniques. Our staff will work in a clean, efficient and professional manner. We strive for excellence in everything we do.

• Experienced or recently graduated General Dentist to work in a multi General Dentist practice with Periodontist in the office Mondays and Fridays
• Work schedule is 7am to 7pm 3 days week and a Saturday (1 Docs daily, 1 on select Friday with rotation Saturdays)
• Strong team support with OM, Front Desk/Treatment Planners, Dental Hygienists, EFDA and Dental Assistants
• 7 Ops (5/DOC and 2/HYG)
• Mix of FFS, PPO and State Funded Office; producing $6-$8 per day, over $1.2 Million per year
• High mix of services (place and restore implants, rcts on molar teeth, suresmile)

• Educate patients regarding their comprehensive treatment options
• Maintaining an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health is our top priority
• Support the growth and development of our teams and practices
• Provide exceptional dental care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school; with 5+ years experience
• Completion of a post-doctoral residency program for all specialists

• Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)
• Dedication to integrity and achieving the highest standards of ethical patient care
