The Weekend shift for this position is 5:00am - 1:30pm (#9)

Daily Expectations
Arrive to work on time and in complete neatly pressed/unwrinkled uniform, including: Hat or hairnet with all hair properly restrained, clean apron on, and clearly visible ID badge. If you need to wear a long sleeve shirt, it must be solid black or white and must be worn under your uniform shirt. No coats or jackets unless it is a CCHMC logoed jacket.
Arrive ready to focus on customer's/guest's needs while providing excellent customer service, limiting conversations with coworkers in front of customers/guests.
Follow CARES Promise behaviors, including: Greet, smile and say thank you - greet every customer with a friendly smile - always using please and thank you in your conversations.
No personal items in work area. Purses, book bags, fanny packs etc. are not allowed in the work area and cannot be worn or kept at the register stand.
You may have a beverage with a lid UNDER your register station.
None of the following is allowed...
Artificial or painted nails.
Facial piercings - may have a tiny nose STUD only - no hoops.
Earrings larger than a quarter - they must be under a hairnet
Bracelets, watches, fit-bits etc. (Exception is medical bracelet)
Gum Chewing
Headphones or earbuds
Cell phone usage while working
If you need to leave your work station, you must notify the money room staff and the coordinator on duty. This includes your 30 minute break.
All Cleaning assignments and closing procedures must be completed daily.
Job Flow
6:00Clock in. Proceed to hot cereal area and begin setting up for service. Turn on to #5 heating element. Make sure wells filled 2" with hot water. Clean glass partitions above area.
Retrieve three 8-ounce ladles and one pair of insulated tongs for use with hot cereal. Place hot cereal with ladles and no lids in the hot wells at the soup station. Hard boiled eggs need to be placed in another soup container with water with black handled tongs. These four breakfast items are to be made available until 10:00am. Alert a Production manager before product is empty.
Put product identifiers in place of proper hot cereal.
7:00 Stock fruit area with apples; oranges and bananas.
Help bag cookies
Stock Donuts
Help Grill with breakfast sandwiches
Help the #9 when/ if needed
9:00 Clean up and get ready for lunch. Stock donuts, salad bar area, chip racks (if needed)
10:00 30 minute break.
10:30 Fill red sanitizer bucket for use at Favorites station. Clean glass sneeze guard. Stock the area with plates, bowls, utensils, and lids. Set up steam table according to the day's lunch menu and ensure that signage matches menu and is displayed correctly.
11:00 Favorites station opens for service. Provide excellent customer service. Take temperatures and record in temperature log book. Take corrective action as necessary. Notify production before food runs out if more is needed.

2:00 Favorites station closes for service. Place dirty pans and utensils in the dish room cart. Maintain cleanliness of the hot food warmer both inside and out. Wipe clean glass sneeze guard and serving counter. Turn off heat wells, empty and clean. Refill wells with fresh water.
2:30 Clock out.
Daily Cleaning List
Tray slide should remain clean and clutter free.
Ensure that heat wells are off, emptied and cleaned before clocking out.
Help keep coffee station and condiment stations clean and stocked.
Ask your Coordinator where they would like you to be of help to your teammates.
During Slower Times
Help your fellow coworkers if you have free time.
