DescriptionAs a Sr. Analyst, you will utilize enterprise-level business intelligence tools to deliver insights to users across the organization. This role involves analysis of complex business problems using data to provide insight to decision-makers, develops forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical insights based on data. You will work with business/clinical partners to understand and prioritize data and information requirements to help create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs. Additional responsibilities include optimizing the performance of developed BI solutions, partnering with analysts of various levels across the organization to deliver data discovery tools, and assisting in the training of more junior team members.R
