DescriptionThe Specialty Resource Unit/SRU services 17 inpatient units includeing Critical Care. They have 3 specialty teams: trauma, transport and telehealth. 97% of our nurses are BSN's and 37% are clinically advanced. Orientation is phased from general populations to the more complex. Our mission is to provide high quality personnel and resources to support inpatient units and depts, across Cincinnati Children's, promoting child safety and health.
